The Company Promise to the Customer

To conduct twice yearly original manufacture and distributor reviews.
To respond to complaints within 24 hours.
To continuously improve our green contribution.
In dealer-to-dealer transactions which are conducted on line the company will apply a self-imposed penalty of free delivery if the vehicle is not delivered within 4 days.
A self-imposed penalty also applies to certain products which are delivered from Ringaskiddy if the vehicle is not delivered within 5 days.
